CPDN CELEBRATES 20TH ANNIVERSARY, AWARDS $5K GRANT TO CSHP AND LAUNCHES NEW VIDEO!

OAKVILLE, ON, February 23, 2016 - Over 50 people representing the who’s who of Canadian Pharmaceutical Distribution Network member companies, strategic partners and industry stakeholders, as well prospective members and partners, recently celebrated CPDN’s 20th Anniversary at the Mississauga Civic Centre.

In addition to remarks from our Board Chair, Maria Lopez, reminding everyone that CPDN is a strategic alternative to traditional distribution models and operates as a not-for-profit organization, we heard from Carolyn Bornstein, Board Chair, Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists Foundation. Ms. Bornstein highlighted how patients benefit when hospital pharmacists are supported with training and hands-on experience and was delighted to accept a $5,000 grant from CPDN to further the work of the Foundation.

And as if that was not enough, the highlight of the evening for many was when Sav DiPasquale, President, CPDN unveiled CPDN’s new corporate video (available on the home page of this website) which captures the organization’s compelling value proposition and strategic priorities of growth, innovation and operational excellence.

“It has truly been a privilege for CPDN to serve the needs of hospitals and manufacturers for the past 20 years,” said Mr. DiPasquale. “And we are committed for many more years to come to enhancing our simple, direct, consolidated and economical distribution solution so that we continually meet the everchanging needs of hospitals, industry, payers and patients.”
