Canadian Healthcare Sector Honours CPDN President Sav DiPasquale
Capping off a very successful 2019 for CPDN was the induction of President Sav DiPasquale into the Canadian Healthcare Marketing Hall of Fame.
The awards were established to recognize healthcare marketing professionals who, consistently throughout their careers in Canada, have demonstrated extraordinary dedication and excellence in marketing innovation.
Mr. DiPasquale graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and recognized early on in his career that IT is an important business value driver. He was drawn to the pharmaceutical sector because it combined his love of technology with his strong desire to help people. Prior to joining CPDN, he was instrumental in bringing the OmniPod, a wireless diabetes pump to market. He has also served on the board of the United Way of Peel Region and continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the Kids’ Health Links Foundation (KHLF). The organization manages a secure social network to educate and connect children who are isolated in hospital to improve health outcomes.
Since taking the helm of CPDN, Mr. DiPasquale has focused the business on growth and the use of innovative technology and services that not only enhance the customer experience but ensure that medicines get delivered cost-effectively and on time to patients in need.
“It's great to be part of a team that contributes every day to a world-class Canadian pharmaceutical supply chain that ensures patients get the medicines they need, when they need them” he says.
